Prep under the RTF fire pit
Ready to Finish Fire Pit Kit with Crossfire Burner - SQUARE
Hi Folks
Pouring a concrete deck and wondering what the requirements are for the base area under the RTF 48x48x18 square fire pit. Are there weep holes in the unit for drainage, or does the pan have a way to seal to the base to keep it water tight under the burner? Thanks, Pete

The pan has cut-outs so any water will drain to the patio. The fire pit structure itself is all open underneath. It does come with 2 vents, which we recommend you place down low on opposing sides so that un-burnt fuel and water can escape. You would cut the holes for those vents on-site.
